Professor Susskind offers numerous executive training programs each year; reduced fees are available to public agency and not-for-profit representatives. Some of these are described below, with links to more information.
Senior Executive
Program on Negotiation (www.pon.harvard.edu)
A two day negotiation training program for senior executives in both the
public and private sectors. Offered eight times a year in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Dealing
with An Angry Public (www.pon.harvard.edu)
A two day training program for public, not-for-profit and private sector
specialists in community affairs, public relations, and regulatory relations.
Offered twice a year in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Teaching
Negotiation in the Organization (www.pon.harvard.edu)
A three day training program for corporate trainers responsible for designing
and delivering instruction in negotiation. Offered twice a year in Cambridge,
Massachusetts.
Technology
Negotiation (www.pon.harvard.edu)
A two day Program on Technology Negotiation that addresses the special
problems of technology-centered negotiations. Offered twice a year in
Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Mediation of Land
Use Disputes (www.lincolninst.edu)
A two day training program open to planners, lawyers, developers, and
community activists interested in learning more about the application
of mediation to land use disputes of all kinds. Offered in four locations
several times a year. An advanced course for those who have completed
the first course is offered in Cambridge, Massachusetts once each year.
